The personal data we collect for that purpose will not be assigned or transferred to third parties.
- the database of speculative applications. In this case, your personal data will be processed by our HR department and retained for any future vacancies at Chancerelle or its subsidiaries. Your personal data will be retained for two years. Your application and the corresponding personal information will be deleted at the end of that period. The personal data we collect for that purpose will not be assigned or transferred to third parties.
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you may ask us, at any time, to provide you with a copy of your personal data or to correct, delete or restrict our use of that data by:
